I like this particular work because it shows the nature of video art. Sometimes the point is that there is no point or that the point is not completely clear to the viewer. I like how the artist used a combination of sound and visual contortions to confuse us and make us digest the art. I loved the color palette he used and I think that I would like to use a more monochromatic color palette like this in my next piece of art.
